THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 15, 2011, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Smith
ABSENT: None

Declaration of a Quorum

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the August 1, 2011 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-c regarding Budget Amendment. (Approved by City Commission)
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-k regarding authorizing staff to request qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional services to complete a Multi-Phase Comprehensive Utility System Master Plan. (Approved by City Commission)
d. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-l regarding authorizing staff to bid out the purchase of a valve insertion tool for the Water Distribution Department. (Approved by City Commission)
e. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-m regarding authorizing staff to go out for bids for the recoating and installation of new bearings for one set of screw pumps at the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant. (Approved by City Commission)
f. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-p regarding approval of City Manager contract. (Approved by City Commission)

A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda Items a-f. Motion carried 7-0.

A motion was made by Trustee Winterringer, seconded by Trustee Collier, to adjourn the Shawnee Municipal Authority. Motion carried 7-0. (8:37 p.m.)
