UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Smith
ABSENT: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the November 7, 2011 meeting.

A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda item a. Motion carried 7-0.
