THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 16, 2012, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the April 2, 2012 meeting.
b. Budget Amendment Compensated Absences
To bring up compensated absences from fund balance to accommodate those who left through Sept 30, 2011
c. Acknowledge receipt of DEQ Permit No. ST000063120059, Facility No. S-20590, for lowering the weir on the final contact basin to serve the City of Shawnee.
d. Authorize staff to request bids for a water line rehab project in Lakeview Addition (Minnesota north of Federal)
e. Authorize staff to purchase 29 InstaValves for valve replacement at various locations.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
