b. Acknowledge July 2, 2012 meeting cancellation due to lack of quorum.
2. Discussion, consideration and possible action on lease between Shawnee Airport Authority and EAN Holdings , LLC for space in airport terminal for Enterprise Car Rental.
3. Discussion, consideration and possible action on lease between Shawnee Airport Authority and Oklahoma Aviation for terminal space.
4. Discussion, consideration and possible action on lease between Shawnee Airport Authority and Johnie Fredman to use a portion of the concrete apron for motorcycle safety training.
5. New Business
