CALL TO ORDER


DECLARATION OF A QUORUM
1. Consider approval of Consent Agenda:

a. Minutes from the July 16, 2012 meeting.
b. Authorize staff to bid out the Midland Water Line Project.
c. Authorize purchase of ½ Ton Chevrolet regular cab pickup, ½ Ton Chevrolet Extended cab pickup and ½ Ton Chevrolet 4x4 Extended cab pickup
d. Authorize purchase of a Caterpillar 305D Compact Excavator with Hydraulic Breaker
e. Confirm action taken on July 31, 2012 by the City Manager to implement the Level II Water Rationing Plan.
