THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JULY 16, 2012, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the June 18, 2012 meeting.
b. Acknowledge July 2, 2012 meeting cancellation due to lack of quorum.
c. Authorize staff to begin bidding process on the removal and replacement of enclosed fishing dock and walkways on Lake #1.
d. Authorize staff to begin bidding process for the sludge pond cleaning project at the water treatment plant.
e. Authorize Utility Billing Department to purchase 5 half-ton single cab pickups for use by water meter readers.
f. Confirm action taken on July 9, 2012 by the City Manager to implement the Level I Water Rationing Plan.
A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Sims, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried 6-0.

A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to adjourn the Shawnee Municipal Authority. Motion carried 6-0. (8:50 p.m.)
