c. Approve Airport Lease Agreement with Brett and Shelly VanMeter to lease property located at 1836 N. Kickapoo to operate a drive-thru coffee shop.
2. Discussion, consideration and possible action on a resolution adopting rules and regulations for operations at the Shawnee Municipal Airport.
