Shawnee, Oklahoma, reducing the speed limits where not otherwise specified by law, providing for repeal; providing for severability and providing for codification;
8. Discussion, consideration and possible action on an ordinance amending Article II Division 4 of Chapter 25, sales tax, of the code of ordinances of the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma, making it
an offense to fail to make reports and remittances as required or making a false or fraudulent report; setting a penalty; providing for repeal; providing for severability; providing for codification; and declaring an emergency.
