2. Discussion and consideration and possible action of a contract with Shawnee TV to continue the recycling public education effort with Central Disposal to educate our citizens on our new city
wide recycling program.

a. Repair and Restoration of the River Bank Failure

5. Administrative Reports
a. Information for the Commissioners/Trustees regarding recycling
6. Consider an Executive Session to discuss potential claims, litigation or other options regarding encroachment into City’s utility service area by other entities and discussion of retention of outside council; as authorized by 25 O.S. §307(B)(4).
