THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 5, 2000 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harrod, Harden, Blair, Roach, Downing
ABSENT : None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of May 15, 2000 meeting

b. Confirm action taken under City Commissioners Agenda Item No. 3 regarding preliminary budget for the City of Shawnee (Shawnee Airport Authority) for the period of July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001.

A public hearing was held regarding the SAA budget and no action was required at this meeting and the final budget will be presented at the next regular meeting.

c. Confirm action taken under City Commissioners Agenda Item No. 4 regarding a construction permit for Air Flite, Inc.

The Board of City Commissioners approved issuing the building permit for construction of a new hangar on airport property located at 2320 Airport Drive as submitted by the applicant.

Motion by Trustee Claybrook, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the Consent Agenda be approved. Motion carried.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports.

There were no Administrative Reports given.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: New Business.

There was no New Business to be considered.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Trustee Blair, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (8:47 p.m.)
