THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JULY 7, 2014, DURING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the June 16, 2014 meeting
b. Approve change order with CP3 Enterprises, Inc. for riverbank restoring project.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Smith, to approve the Consent Agenda item No. 1(a-b). Motion carried 6-0.
AYE: Harrod, Smith, Stephens, Agee, Mainord, Hall
NAY: None
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Presentation by Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC on update and delivery of the Utility Master Plan (Final Draft), Water Distribution CIP.
Mr. Max Baldischwiler and Ms. Lindsey Olsen were present to discuss this item. Ms. Olsen explained the issues with a power point presentation. She stated that two models were used, the Existing Water Distribution Evaluation and the 2030 Water Distribution Evaluation. Areas evaluated were water storage, pipe velocity, available fire flow, and water quality. She further discussed cost estimates and the proposed priority schedules for each model.
