Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JULY 21, 2014, DURING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Agee, Harrod, Mainord, Winterringer, Smith
ABSENT: Stephens, Hall

Call to Order

Declaration of a Quorum

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the July 7, 2014 meeting and July 14, 2014 special call meeting.

b. Requesting permission to seek bids on annual water line looping and replacement project.

c. Requesting permission to seek bids on annual sewer rehab maintenance projects.

d. Requesting permission to purchase from the state bid price; Utility Sewer/Storm line Camera, $70,000; Track Hoe Excavator, $225,000; 15 Yard Tandem Dump Truck, $135,000; Full Cabin Bob Cat Skid Steer, attachments, $100,000; 15,500 lb. Fork Lift for the Public Works Facility, $70,000.

e. Accept Maintenance Bonds on the following projects:

A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda item Nos. 1(a-e). Motion carried 5-0.
