THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2000 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harrod, Harden, Blair, Roach, Downing
ABSENT : None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

*Minutes of August 21, 2000 meeting

Motion by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the Consent Agenda be approved. Motion carried.
