THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2001 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of February 5, 2001 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 18 concerning Disadvantaged Business Plan methodology used to establish goals for 2001 D.B.E. program which was approved.
c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 21(g) concerning the opening of bids for Surplus Avionic Equipment.
The bid was awarded to Cousins Electronic Service, Hugo, Oklahoma, in the amount of $1,027.50.
A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Claybrook, that the Consent Agenda (a-c), inclusive, be approved. Motion carried.
