THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2000 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harrod, Harden, Roach, Downing
ABSENT : Blair

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

* Minutes of September 5, 2000 meeting

A motion was made by Trustee Roach, seconded by Vice Chairman Downing, that the Consent Agenda be approved. Motion carried.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports.

There were no Administrative Reports given.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: New Business.

There was no New Business to be considered.
