THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2002 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of June 3, 2002 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 1(d) regarding Transfer of Appropriations in Shawnee Municipal Authority. Approved by City Commission.
c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 7 regarding a resolution adopting the budget for the (Shawnee Municipal Authority) City of Shawnee, Oklahoma for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 finding all things requisite and necessary have been done in preparation of said budget. City Commission adopted Resolution No. 6142.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Trustee Peterson, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (9:12 p.m.)
