THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2002 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harrod, Harden, Weaver, Peterson, Downing
ABSENT : None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Mayor Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Mayor Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of December 2, 2002 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda No. 8 regarding approval of lease with Oklahoma Jet Works.

City Commission approved the lease agreement with Oklahoma Jet Works.

A motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Vice Chairman Downing, that the Consent Agenda be approved. Motion carried.
