Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Peterson, Holt
ABSENT: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes of November 19, 2007 meeting.

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 10 regarding discussion and consideration of water negotiations with the City of Tecumseh.

c. Consider action taken under City Commissions Agenda Item No. 12 accepting Gordon Cooper 12” water line project and placing maintenance bonds into effect.
City Commission approved accepting Gordon Cooper 12” water line project and placing maintenance bonds into effect.

d. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 13 regarding opening of bid for Total Organic Carbon Analyzer.
City Commission deferred bid for Total Organic Carbon Analyzer to staff for review and recommendation at the next meeting.

A motion was made by Trustee Young, seconded by Trustee Holt, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-d), as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O’Neal, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (9:12 p.m.)
