DECLARATION OF A QUORUM
1. Consideration and possible action to authorize the calling of a Special Election under the Fire and Police Arbitration Act, 11 O.S. Section 51-108(c), for the purpose of allowing the voters to select which of the Last Best Offers between the City and the IUPA, Local No.3 should be the Collective Bargaining Agreement for FY 2007-2008, including consideration and adoption of any Resolution or other items as may be required for the calling of the same and to authorize the appropriate corporate authority to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the calling of said election.
