THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of December 3, 2007 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 19 regarding awarding of bid for Total Organic Carbon Analyzer.
City Commission awarded bid for Total Organic Carbon Analyzer to G.E. Analytical Instruments Inc., Boulder, Co., in the amount of $16,871.00.
A motion was made by Trustee Young, seconded by Vice Chairman Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
