THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNIICPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2001 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of August 20, 2001 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 2(b) concerning Transfer of Appropriations in Shawnee Municipal Authority.
c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 5 concerning authorizing an advance from the Shawnee Municipal Authority to the Water Improvement District Fund in the amount of $528,555.00 and approving related budget adjustment.

A motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Vice Chairman Downing, that the Consent Agenda (a-c), be approved. Motion carried.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (8:31 p.m.)
