THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2001 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of November 19, 2001 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 6 concerning award of bids for a bank note of $5,350,000 to provide financing for various capital projects.
City Commission awarded the bank note for capital projects to Bank of America at 4.25 percent fixed rate with monthly payments for ten years.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the Consent Agenda (a-b) be approved. Motion carried.
