THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2003 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harden, Weaver, Downing
ABSENT : Harrod, Peterson

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

* Minutes of April 7, 2003 meeting

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the minutes of April 7, 2003 be approved. Motion carried.

NAY: None
