THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2003 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda No. 1(j) regarding authorizing staff to advertise for bids for the demolition of property located at 1836 N. Kickapoo Street. (Airport Property)

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Peterson, that the Consent Agenda (a-b), be approved. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Weaver, seconded by Trustee Claybrook, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (8:04 p.m.)
