THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 4, 2003 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of July 21, 2003 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 1 (d) regarding a Transfer of Appropriations in Shawnee Municipal Authority Fund.
City Commission approved transfer.
c. Acknowledge City Commission Agenda Item No. 12 update on financial contributions to the SCCDA for the construction of the new multi-purpose building at the Expo Center.
City Commission to consider for formal action at the next meeting..
A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Weaver, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-c), as presented. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Weaver, seconded by Trustee Peterson, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (9:59 p.m.)
