CALL TO ORDER
DECLARATION OF A QUORUM
1.Discuss and consider drainage issues in the City of Shawnee.
2.Consider accepting easement from the Citizens Potawatomi Nation at the northeast corner of Gordon Cooper Drive and Hardesty Road.
3.Confirm City Managers determination of emergency relating to the defects in the crane at the water treatment plant.
4.Consider an Executive Session to discuss the status of negotiations with the International Union of Police Associations Local #3 for FY 07-08 pursuant to 25 O.S. §307 (B)(2).
5.Consider matters discussed as a result of Executive Session in reference to the status of negotiations with the International Union of Police Associations Local #3 for FY 07-08 pursuant to 25 O.S. §307 (B)(2).
6.Adjournment.
