THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of October 15, 2007 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 2-p to authorize staff to advertise for bids on a Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer for the water treatment plant.

c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 12 regarding opening of bid for 40 x 60 x 12 Metal Building at Public Works.
City Commission awarded bid for 40 x 60 x 12 Metal Building at Public Works to Buoy Bros. Construction, Shawnee, Oklahoma, as the lowest and best bid in the amount of $26,040.
A motion was made by Trustee Young, seconded by Trustee Holt, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-c), as presented.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Trustee Young, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:38 p.m.)
