THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Peterson, Holt
ABSENT: None
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the October 15, 2007 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 2-e to acknowledge Airport Advisory Committee Minutes.
City Commission acknowledged Airport Advisory Committee Minutes for September 19, 2007.
c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 12 to consider acceptance of roadway easement from the Shawnee Airport Authority for Saratoga Street from Airport Drive to Kickapoo Street.
City Commission approved the acceptance from the Shawnee Airport Authority a roadway easement for Saratoga Street from Airport Drive to Kickapoo Street.
A motion was made by Trustee Young, seconded by Trustee Holt, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) as presented.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Young, seconded by Trustee Holt, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:40 p.m.)
