THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of March 1, 2004 meeting
b. Confirm action taken on City Commission Agenda Item No. 1(a) regarding approval of minutes from 3/8/04 meeting relating to solid waste disposal services
c. Confirm action of February 18, 2004 accepting resignation of Terry Powell and adopting Ordinance No. 2143NS
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Vice Chairman Downing, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-c) as presented. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Peterson, seconded by Trustee Weaver, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (7:41 p.m.)
