THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MAY 3, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Authority appointment of a Vice Chairman (per Article III, Section 6 of City Charter).
A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Hadley, that Trustee Peterson be appointed to the position of Vice Chairman for one year, with said term to expire the first Authority meeting in May 2005. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Trustee Downing, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (9:31 p.m.)
