CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA TO BE HELD ON THE 16th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2005 AT 1:30 O’CLOCK P.M. IN SHAWNEE CITY COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 16 WEST 9TH, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA FOR THE PURPOSE OF A JOINT MEETING WITH THE SHAWNEE PLANNING COMMISSION AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
By virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 2, Article IV of the Charter of the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Special Sessions of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma is hereby called to meet at the Shawnee City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 16 W. 9th, Shawnee, Oklahoma at 1:30 p.m. on February 16, 2005 for the purpose of a joint Shawnee City Commission, Shawnee Planning Commission and Comprehensive Plan Oversight Committee to hear a presentation by Tony Allender of Wilbur Smith and Associates and to discuss prioritization of goals and implementing the Comprehensive Plan.
