BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS
SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
JUNE 26, 2004 AT 10:00 A.M.
The Board of City Commissioners of the City of Shawnee, County of Pottawatomie, State of Oklahoma, met in Special Called Session in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 9th and Broadway, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to notice duly posted as prescribed by law. Mayor Mills presided and called the meeting to order. Upon roll call, the following members were in attendance.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: City Commission interview with Gary W. Holland.
The Commission interviewed Mr. Gary W. Holland, Deputy City Manager for Kissimmee, Florida.
Mr. Holland gave his family history, educational and work/professional experience.
The Commission resumed with the interview.

CITY COMMISSION NOW RECONVENNED AT 11:42 A.M. WITH ALL COMMISSIONER PRESENT.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: City Commission interview with Michael Randall.
The Commission interviewed Mr. Michael C. Randall of Monett, Missouri.
Mr. Randall gave his family history, educational and work/professional experience. He has city manager experience.
The Commission resumed with the interview.
THE COMMISSION RECESSED FOR LUNCH AT 12:45 P.M.
THE COMMISSION RECONVENED AT 2:46 P.M. WITH ALL CITY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Commissioner Downing, seconded by Vice Mayor Peterson, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (2:47 p.m.)
