Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MAY 3, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Hadley, Peterson, Downing
ABSENT : None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Authority appointment of a Vice Chairman (per Article III, Section 6 of City Charter).

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee O’Neal, that Trustee Peterson be appointed to the position of Vice Chairman for one year, with said term to expire the first Authority meeting in May 2005. Motion carried.

AYE: Downing, O’Neal, Mills, Hadley, Peterson, Claybrook, Schrzan

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

* Minutes of April 19, 2004 meeting

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Peterson, seconded by Trustee O’Neal, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: Administrative Reports.

There were no Administrative Reports.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: New Business.

There was no New Business to be considered.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Trustee Claybrook, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (9:32 p.m.)
