THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of August 2, 2004 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 1(d) regarding the approval of a Transfer of Appropriations in the Shawnee Municipal Authority. (City Commission deferred this item to the September 7, 2004 meeting at the request of City Manager Jim Collard)
A motion was made by Trustee Claybrook, seconded by Trustee O’Neal, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried.
