Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Harden, Peterson
ABSENT: Downing

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of September 6, 2005 meeting

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item
no.1(c) regarding Airport Advisory Board minutes from the
July 27, 2005 meeting.

A motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Vice Chairman Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports.

Under Administrative Reports, Airport Manager Jim Collard noted that FAA had requested that the resolution of endorsement of the Early Childhood Development Center come from the City Commission.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: New Business.

There was no New Business.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: Adjournment.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Vice Chairman Peterson, seconded by Trustee Harden, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (8:27 p.m.)
