THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 3, 2006 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Vice Chairman Peterson presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Vice Chairman Peterson declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of the March 20, 2006 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item 1(e) regarding acknowledgment of minutes for Airport Advisory Board from the December 21, 2005 meeting.
City Commission approved minutes for Airport Advisory Board from the December 21, 2005 meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Downing, seconded by Trustee O’Neal, that Consent Agenda 3 (a and b) be approved as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Downing, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (7:56 p.m.)
