THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JULY 17, 2006 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of July 3, 2006 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken in City Commission Agenda Item No. 11 regarding request from Charter Communication to sub-lease property located at 707 W. Saratoga for the period of July 17, 2006 through August 31, 2006.
City Commission approved Charter Communication to sub-lease property located at 707 W. Saratoga for the period of July 17, 2006 through August 31, 2006.
A motion was made by Trustee Claybrook, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3 (a-b) as presented.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O’Neal, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 5-0. (7:41 p.m.)
