THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 3, 2006 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Vice Chairman Peterson presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Vice Chairman Peterson declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of March 20, 2006 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken in Agenda Item No. 10 regarding the final
approval of the Water Conservation Plan.
City Commission approved the Water Conservation Plan.
c. Confirm action taken in Agenda Item No. 13 (c) regarding the
opening and consideration of bids for Rehabilitation of Shawnee Twin Lakes Towers.
City Commission deferred bids to staff for review and recommendation at the next Commission meeting on April 17, 2006.

A motion was made by Trustee Downing, seconded by Trustee Beck, to approve the Consent Agenda Item 1 (a-c) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O’Neal, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (7:55 p.m.)
